Overview Menagerie is a Pathfinder 1e summoned creature manager for Android, developed and published by Nautilus Software, LLC. This privacy policy describes how Menagerie handles information in connection with your use of the app. The short version: Menagerie collects no personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Information We Collect Menagerie does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any personal information. This includes, but is not limited to:
No names, email addresses, or account information No location data No device identifiers or advertising IDs No usage analytics or crash reports No payment or financial information No contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
Data Stored on Your Device Menagerie stores the following data locally on your device only, using Android's built-in local database (Room/SQLite):
Character profiles you create Active summon records and their current state (HP, conditions, rounds) Feat and ability toggle preferences App theme preference (dark/light mode)
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to Nautilus Software, LLC or any third party under any circumstances.
Third-Party Services Menagerie does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data collection services. No SDKs that collect personal data are included in the app.
Internet Access Menagerie does not require or request internet access. No network requests are made by the app.
Children's Privacy Menagerie does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Data Retention and Deletion All data stored by Menagerie exists solely within the app's local storage on your device. To delete all app data, you may:
Uninstall the app from your device, or Clear the app's data via Android Settings → Apps → Menagerie → Storage → Clear Data
Changes to This Policy If this privacy policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be published at this URL and the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes on the Google Play Store.
